One World Trade Centre has had its spire fixed in place. Towering over ground zero, the Freedom Tower, as it is commonly known is starting to take shape. I have watched it grow from a mere twenty stories high to a remarkable 1,776 feet tall.
After visiting the observation decks of both the Empire State and the Rockefeller Building, I think this has the potential to 'be up' there with the best of them for views. Although it is located in the midst of downtown, the view of uptown Manhattan would be unbelievable. Not to mention, you will be standing on the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere.
